  • 4-year degree in related field and 20+ years of broad and diversified experience within the Transportation and Water and Wastewater industries in Texas.
  • Proven leader in client relationship management, strategic planning, strategic teaming and proposal strategy and negotiation. 
  • Ability to leverage your key contacts with private organizations and state and municipal agencies within the region and build a robust sales pipeline for Parsons.



Requires a working knowledge of infrastructure industry business practices and the negotiation of contracts.  Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with business development.
