SENIOR PROPOSAL MANAGER

Sometimes the most ground-breaking solutions come from people you might not expect

Managers see things from a management point of view. And experienced professionals in your division may see things through the lens of their own past experience. But then there are others—like you—who may come to a job with their ability to envision a solution no one else has thought of. Your fresh perspective can shine a light on a whole new way of tackling a challenge. Our organization has found that to be true more times than we can count. That’s why we make it a policy to keep the door—and our minds—wide open to new ideas. Every employee at every level brings something distinctive to the workplace and sees his or her particular day-to-day tasks from their own uniquely personal perspective. That’s why, at our organization, we encourage you to share your thoughts. And it’s one of the main reasons why we’ve achieved the reputation as a wellspring of discovery.
